Nepali Public Relation Committee, a sister organization of Nepali Congress is such an organization which doesn’t fire corrupted and ill-mannered members rather welcomes more such people into the mainstream. It has become a rooted bad culture to entertain in such power culture since a long time ago.  
The people proved as ill-mannered in NRN society in America, are again found being included in the same place and position with the help of senior and powerful members of Nepali Public Relation Committee and Congresses. Nepotism on the grounds of kinship and philosophical closeness are the basics in their works and relation to prolong. When I talk about their wrong deeds with true evidences, the Congresses around the globe try to raid / attack me. In some countries with excellent democratic culture, the party itself ends relation with the people who are corrupted or morally decadence or removes them from party membership. However, such lawlessness is warmly accepted in the Congress and its sister organizations.
Here, in America where we are living and working, can have a number of imitable proofs of such lawlessness. Where is John Edwards, a candidate for the Democratic presidential nomination? How is the plight of Al Gore, former Vice-President of the United States? Where did Eliot Spitzer, who had a long lasting political vision and the Governor at that time in New York go and what is his level in politics and in the party? And how American law did fix 12 years imprisonment to Sheldon Silver who became the powerful Speaker of the New York State Assembly for three decades? Alan Hevesi, New York State Comptroller, was sentenced to a jail for 14 months just providing his service-vehicle to his wife?
But the congress, and the leaders including their cadres of their sister organizations have their own explanation and intention. Everybody seems silent on this issue, just cry out for “Jay Nepal”, but, divide the advantages among them even in America. 
The bad actions and sins of their people in the name of earthquake can be seen everywhere in America with genuine evidences, and have become viral on social networks. However, they have not taken such issues seriously as they think it as a usual process. It is leaked out that the Donation collected from hard earnings and livelihood of common people is highly misused by the members of Nepali Public Relation Committee in the name of earthquake relief scheme. The leaders and cadres of this organization were under inspection of NRN society and the media since they went to Nepal with thousands of Dollars to help earthquake victims as they were there without any process and plan.  Now they are falling into internal disputes and pulling into back themselves, and further planning to save themselves.
Blaming each other, now, the president of Nepali Public Relation Committee has claimed that the General Secretary and Treasure have with drown $45,000/- from Bank of America without informing him. Even opposition party has claimed to the president misusing $5,000/-. As the president has made the proofs public though press conference, it is clear that the solution is likely to be sought according to current American rule of law. As the reality has been published, there is a little hope that nepotism will end or even some people who have observed closely all the activities of Nepali Congress and its Nepali Public Relation Committee state that the possibility of the issue being fixed from upper level. Political analyst, Angaraj Timilsina who claims himself as one of the supporters of Nepali Congress has quoted, “Both the parties should get chance to put the things clear, and investigation should be unbiased. Only drug suppliers or black money owners could withdraw money from the bank without letting the president or other executive members know which is totally illegal. Investigation is a good thing, however, it just ends in silence according to the order of Congress Headquarter because this is their culture.
It can be surprising to the people, as there was lack of system in Nepali Public Relation Committee since its starting time, so it has its own Disciplinary Department but it has no value. There is no meaning of discipline to those who are indiscipline themselves. Further, a working party with 5 members is organized which is coordinated by Amrit Bhattarai which seems worthless as they have the culture of exclusion and dismissing within groups. 
Nepali Public Relation Committee, a sister organization of Nepali Congress is accused of as the profounder of division, alliance and enmity has not only have bad reputation but also have almost no chance to regain its position. The cadres in abroad, who are supporting their leaders, have too much difficulty to confess the society. There is no chances of going hand in hand and sharing benefits as it is an old system. The corruption in the name of earthquake shall go under American rule of law sooner or late. American NRN society believes that such terrible corruption should come under the American rule of law though it is late. The group emerged intended to finish each other and collecting dollars in the banks selling the sufferings and stories of earthquake victims shall be investigated. Corruption of Nepali Public Relation Committee is just a proof. Making it as the main, we have to seek for more misused amount collected from different social, cultural, ethnic, religious or political organizations and from individuals.Lawlessness and corruption in America shall not remain into practice onwards.
